EKG Courses

This is a 24 contact hour Basic EKG Interpretation course designed to meet the educational requirements established by the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment's Prehospital Care Program. The course is an introduction to cardiac anatomy and the practices and principles of EKG interpretation.

Prerequisites:

• Minimum age of 18 and graduation from high school or possession of a GED certificate
• Enrollment at CCD
